Running here, there and everywhere in the quest for the "perfect holiday" is typical of the many of us in this season. A study exploring the ramifications of festive stress witnessed a third (35%) of the study's participants claiming they are burnt out well before the milk and cookies are even purchased for Santa's arrival.

A new study conducted by Slumber Cloud discovered the average American will spend 38 hours getting ready and preparing for the holiday season. That is just 10 hours shy of two full days! The same study of 2,000 Americans also reports that 68% of Americans consider the holiday season to be "stressful".


The survey exposes WHAT the average American will face during this season.
